T\u0159eba v podob\u011b \u017ealoby od klienta, kter\u00fd se bude ohrazovat, \u017ee si ho poskytovatel \u00fav\u011bru dostate\u010dn\u011b neprov\u011b\u0159il. Pokud se toti\u017e prok\u00e1\u017ee, \u017ee klient skute\u010dn\u011b nebyl dostate\u010dn\u011b prov\u011b\u0159en, bude pak moci spl\u00e1cet podle sv\u00fdch mo\u017enost\u00ed, bez \u00farok\u016f a bez dal\u0161\u00edch sankc\u00ed.\t.d)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Zm\u011bna nastane tak\u00e9 se spl\u00e1tkov\u00fdm kalend\u00e1\u0159em. Ten bude mo\u017en\u00e9 si bu\u010f domluvit s poskytovatelem \u00fav\u011bru, v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech o n\u011bm m\u016f\u017ee rozhodovat i soud.\t.e)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Velk\u00e1 zm\u011bna se bude tak\u00e9 t\u00fdkat t\u011bch, kte\u0159\u00ed nebudou moci hypot\u00e9ku \u010di p\u016fj\u010dku spl\u00e1cet a vznikne jim velk\u00fd dluh.
