Je to zkr\u00e1tka procentn\u00ed suma z&nbsp;hodnoty nemovitosti, kterou banka zap\u016fj\u010d\u00ed.\t\tPokud hled\u00e1te banku, kter\u00e1 nab\u00edz\u00ed hypot\u00e9ku s&nbsp;90% indexu LTV, po\u010d\u00edtejte s&nbsp;\u00farokem v&nbsp;rozmez\u00ed t\u0159i a\u017e \u010dty\u0159i procenta. Takov\u00e9 hypot\u00e9ky jsou ale speci\u00e1ln\u011b limitovan\u00e9 pouze pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed vlastn\u00edho bydlen\u00ed jako tzv. \u00fa\u010delov\u00fd \u00fav\u011br. V\u011bt\u0161inou se v\u0161ak setk\u00e1te s&nbsp;nab\u00eddkou, kdy banka zap\u016fj\u010duje obnos do v\u00fd\u0161e 80 procent indexu LTV, co\u017e je celkem pochopiteln\u00e9, mus\u00ed se tak\u00e9 n\u011b\u010d\u00edm jistit.\tAmerick\u00e1 hypot\u00e9ka je vyu\u017eiteln\u00e1 jen do v\u00fd\u0161e max. 75% LTV. D\u00e1 se v\u0161ak aplikovat na zakoupen\u00ed nemovitosti, kter\u00e1 se pak bude pronaj\u00edmat.
